Soul Overseeing

Soul Overseeing

This picture, Soul Overseeing, came to me while having a conversation with a friend about the various parts within ourselves and our inner bodies. There are several inner elements that make up each of us.

Soul Overseeing Physical The Physical
The physical is the first and most obvious part that we can see. There is no denying its existence. You are using your physically eyes to read this or your physical ears to hear it. We are using our physical body so much we often think there's nothing beyond it.

Soul Overseeing Emotions Your Emotions
So where do your feelings come from? Yep, your emotions and there are lots of them. They can make you happy, sad, angry, contended, excited, depressed, fearful and lots of varieties in between. You can feel a number of them together. Happy and excited work together as does sad, angry and depressed. Our emotions often play havoc with soul overseeing our lives as they can often be so unpredictable. But what drives these emotions?

Soul Overseeing Memories Your Memories
Memories will often trigger your feelings. When you look at a photo of someone you love but haven't seen for a while, you may feel the love in your heart grow. You may also feel sad and melancholy. What has stirred these emotions? Your memories, of course.

Soul Overseeing Mind Your Mind
So why do we feel some emotions and not others? Why do we think the way we do, what organises our thoughts and emotions? The mind is the computer that keeps things in some kind of order so that when we see something a memory is triggered to give us information and if there is an emotion involved with the memory, that will be dished up as well. If the emotion is a strong one then physical things begin to happen like tears flowing from our eyes or adrenalin gets pumped in or our face goes red, etc. The mind has a fairly major impact on our lives and can be an excellent servant or a hard task master.

Soul Overseeing Subconscious Your Subconscious
This is where we get our hunches, inner nudges, random thoughts and insights. Whith soul overseeing everyhting that's going on in our lives it is often the driving force behind these intuitions. The trouble is these nudges can be very subtle and if you are not used to them the mind can often disregard them or by using its logic convince you that the insight given is not correct. It takes a bit of attention to catch these intuitions and then some serious will power to get mind to act on them.

Soul Overseeing - the Soul Your Soul
This is the true part of your self. The part that sees the goodness in things and the imaginative part that can lead you to creative solutions and ideas. It usually communicates with us using our subconscious. By using spiritual exercises like contemplation you can clear the communication lines to Soul so that you get a more direct contact with It.

Soul Overseeing your Journey

Hopefully this gives you some idea of how body, spirit and soul are linked together and how soul is overseeing everything. If you can learn to embrace your soul you will have a more fulfilling life as you learn all about soul, your true self.
