Sacred Place
Contemplation
It’s a place where you can sit in quiet contemplation, listening to the sounds of nature around you. Use it to find your own Sacred Place within. Use the sparkles and light to lead you to a brighter place. Listen for the sounds within yourself, the running water, birds singing and the wind in the trees. Drink from the refreshing stream, feel the sunshine warm you, smell the autumn aromas on the soft wind, rejuvenate yourself as you take in the beauty around you. Sacred Place in Ireland The location is in Ireland in a public park in Dublin. The park is called Marley Park and is in the south of the city just below the Dublin Mountains. When I came upon it I was struck by its beauty and was compelled to capture it. 
How it was created
I took several photos of it because from the position I was viewing it, I could only take small areas of the scene. This was done in 2003 and the digital camera I had then was about 1 megapixel (tiny by today’s standards). So I put all the photos together, got them to merge correctly, added a few sparkles and details of my own, and this is the final result.
