Spiritual travel within ourselves offers such at range of possibilities. If I was a ‘Travel Within’ ticket agency there would be a library of brochures to give information on the various areas, regions and locations that a soul could go to. So how do we travel within ourselves? Contemplation is one method. Dreams are another method and probably the easiest way. The only problem with dreams is the difficulty in remembering them. But that can be overcome with a little bit of effort and a few simple techniques. While travelling within ourselves we can find gems and jewels of wisdom. Our consciousness expands. We see things from a different view point. We have a much wider and expanded perspective of things in our lives. From this position we can see solutions to problems and get insights into situations in our lives.
